Rental Information

Rental Periods

  • Availability: Units are available for rent from Monday to Saturday (no Sunday pick-ups or drop-offs).
  • A 3-night minimum is required for all rental bookings. A 4-night minimum is required for long weekend reservations
  • Season: Our rental season runs from May until Thanksgiving.
  • Long-Term Rentals: Longer-term rentals are available. Please call us for rates.

Vehicle and Tow Requirements

  • Hitch Requirements: A Class 3 hitch and brake controller are required for travel trailers.
  • Included Equipment: All rentals include weight distribution hitches.
  • Wiring Condition: Ensure that all wiring is in good working order prior to departure.
  • Installation Services: Camp-Out offers installation of the hitch and wiring if needed.
  • Inspection Appointments: You may book an appointment in advance for a wiring inspection by one of our technicians to ensure your vehicle can safely tow our rentals.

Additional Fees

  • Delivery & Setup: Delivery and setup services are available for a fee. Costs vary depending on time and distance.

RV Rental Terms & Conditions

  • Booking Fee:
    A $250 non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation. This balance is applied to your rental total at pick-up time.

    Payment:
    The outstanding balance of the rental fee, plus HST, is due before departure.

    Credit Card Requirement:
    A credit card must be kept on file to cover any potential damages or the following conditions:

    • The RV is not returned on time
    • The RV is damaged
    • The RV is not clean
    • The sewer, grey, and freshwater systems are not emptied upon return
    • The unit is not set up by the renter for a full inspection
    • Any additional toll road bills, parking tickets, or traffic violations


    Smoking Policy:
    Absolutely no smoking is allowed in rental units.

    Pet Policy:
    Pets are allowed in rental units but must be disclosed prior to rental. Units will be subject to an additional $30 cleaning fee if pets are present.

    Pick-Up and Return Times

    • Pickup Flexibility: We offer flexible pickup times between 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Our team will work with you to schedule a pick-up time that best suits your needs.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Refund Policy: If you need to cancel your booking your non-refundable deposit can be used toward another rental booking.
    • Cancellation Notice: Please note that cancellations made within 60 days of your pickup date are not permitted.
