We are pleased to be able to fully re-open our dealership as of Friday, June 11.
In order to ensure that all of our customers are comfortable during their visit with us, we encourage you to book an appointment prior to coming into the dealership. This helps us continue to space out customer visits safely throughout the day. Masks are mandatory and strict COVID-19 protocols are in place in order to ensure safe physical distancing and frequent sanitization.
For your convenience and continued peace of mind, curb-side pickup remains available for accessories and outdoor gear. Simply give us a call or send us an email to let us know what you need – we’ll take care of the rest!
To further protect our customers and staff, contactless payment options are available and we encourage patrons to use credit or debit cards for purchases at this time. Cash transactions are available by request.

Please note that our dealership is currently only open for curbside pickup and scheduled appointments during the provincial stay-at-home order. We are not accepting walk-ins. Anyone wishing to purchase or get their RV serviced is encouraged to book an appointment.
We are still offering virtual showings and tours, and you have the option to order necessary parts and accessories directly from our Parts department over the phone.
To further protect our customers and staff, we encourage patrons to use credit card purchases at this time, we offer contactless payment options and curbside pick up. Cash/debit transactions are available by request.

Camp-Out RV is excited to announce the re-opening of our dealership! While we are eager to be fully operational, strict policies as advised by local, provincial and national health authorities are in place to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers. As a result, the way we operate our business has had to adapt to these unusual circumstances.
Namely, we will continue to practice safe social distancing with no handshakes or other physical contact. Our staff are all handwashing constantly, and we have hand sanitizer on-site to ensure frequent disinfecting. Staff members will be wearing masks when necessary and we ask that customers also bring a mask with them to wear when required.
Please rest assured that your health and safety is our top priority. There are many new procedures in place that you will see at the dealership. We hope that by opening our doors in a way that is safe and in-line with guidelines from health experts, we will all be able to enjoy this year’s camping season to the fullest.
Customers who would prefer to shop from home with us over the phone are welcome to do so. We will be continuing to offer contactless service, curbside pickup for parts, as well as virtual sales. Simply give us a call and let us know how we can assist you.
The past few months have been strange for all of us, and we are relieved that the efforts made by us all have allowed us to progress to where we are today. With the long-awaited camping season upon us, we are relieved to be able to help our customers get back to their favourite pass-time. Being able to open our doors today and help camping enthusiasts across Stratford get back into their RVs is incredibly exciting. We look forward to helping you bring your summer plans to life, whether it’s to travel across Canada, visit familiar spots, or to go somewhere you’ve never gone before, you can count on us to make the journey incredible.
We want to thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times. The entire Camp Out RV team feels so fortunate that we are able to safely re-open our doors and help get our happy campers back on the road!

To Our Camp-Out RV Family,
Our team has been proudly serving the Stratford area since 1962. We have kept our doors open for 58 years – through blackouts, recessions, snowstorms, and everything else that has been thrown at us.
We have been monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic very closely over the past few weeks in order to make informed, responsible choices regarding our operations. We now have a plan in place that we feel will best protect our community.
For the safety of our staff and customers, we have decided to close our doors until April 6th. The health and safety of our community is our top priority, and we feel it is our social responsibility to protect our community by keeping our doors closed. As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we will continue to review operational hours and next steps. Please continue to check our website for updates.
For those customers who still wish to view or inquire about our trailers, our website inventory will continue to be updated and our sales team will be available to answer any questions. For those who wish, we will be offering private viewings by appointment only and will also be providing virtual video showings. Please let us know if you would like to explore either of these options.
