BANANA SHORTCAKE
1/4 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE 1/4 TEASPOON CINNAMON
2 OR 3 BANANAS, PEELED AND QUARTERED POUND CAKE, SLICED INTO 4 - 1 INCH SLICES
2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE MARSHMALLOW CREAM
2/3 CUP BROWN SUGAR
Melt butter or margarine in skillet; add bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spoon liquid over bananas, basting frequently. Place bananas on sliced cake, top with syrup and marshmallow cream topping. Serves 4.
